When charging the battery separately, the charger indicator light only shows an estimated battery level. It is meant to help you quickly check the charging progress. For a more accurate battery level, refer to the percentage shown on the screen.
When the temperature is too low or too high, the battery will automatically adjust the charging power, and charging time will be extended accordingly.
The continuous output of the power station's AC port should be greater than 400 W. We recommend a power station rated 500 W or above.
Fully charge the battery to complete a charge calibration. The battery has a built-in auto-calibration algorithm. When the battery is fully charged (white indicator light stays solid) or completely depleted, it will automatically run a calibration process to correct accumulated charge errors.
For best results, remove the battery from the vehicle and charge it on its own with the charger until the white light stays solid. We also recommend fully charging the battery each time to keep it performing at its best.
The battery algorithm will continue to be improved to optimise performance and user experience. After each OTA update, we recommend fully charging the battery before use.
