Squeaking or creaking noise from the vehicle body or seat when it is under load during operation. This issue has been reported on some early-production vehicles.
An intermittent or continuous squeaking or creaking noise occurs while driving, when the seat is loaded, or when the suspension moves.
The noise may be concentrated around moving joints in the rear suspension or at the connection between the main arm and the seat quick-release mechanism.
The vehicle can usually still be operated normally, but the noise may negatively affect the customer experience.
Safety Notice: If structural looseness, excessive play, abnormal handling, component deformation, or damage is also present, stop using the vehicle and contact after-sales service.
Noise eliminated or significantly reduced: The service is complete. Advise the customer to continue monitoring the vehicle.
No improvement: Stop repeatedly applying lubricant and arrange further after-sales inspection.
Safety-related abnormality identified: If looseness, abnormal play, structural damage, component deformation, or abnormal handling is found, stop customer self-service and escalate for professional repair.
