The charger indicator shows an abnormal status while charging the battery.
- Check the power cable and the connections at the charger and battery.
- Check whether the charger and battery are in an environment between 2°C and 45°C.
- If any connection is loose, make sure all plugs are fully inserted.
- If the temperature is outside this range, move the charger and battery to an environment between 2°C and 45°C, allow their temperatures to stabilise, and check the indicator again.
- If the indicator is still abnormal, stop using the charger immediately and contact support@strutt.inc.
The charger indicator may show an abnormal status for one of the following reasons:
- The power or charging connection is poor.
- The battery or charger temperature is too high or too low.
- The charger or battery has a fault.
