- Auto-sleep and auto-power-off are toggled on, but the vehicle does not go to sleep or power off as scheduled.
- When auto-sleep is disabled and auto-power-off is enabled, the device remains in sleep mode instead of automatically powering off.
Note: This mainly affects earlier software versions and recent versions have optimised this behaviour. If your unit has not been updated, please update it using the Guide to Update Your Device.
Reset the auto-sleep and auto-power-off settings:
- Go to Settings > General > Power Management.
- Toggle off auto-sleep and auto-power-off.
- Toggle them back on.
- Restart the vehicle and check whether the timers now take effect.
- If they still do not work, submit an Issue Report from the vehicle (see Guide to Upload Logs via Vehicle for Troubleshooting) and contact us at support@strutt.inc so we can investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
