A "Battery connection lost" message appears on the vehicle screen.
Visually inspect the battery interface and the battery connector pins on the vehicle for bending, breakage or debris.
If any pins are visibly deformed, do not force the battery in. Take a photo and report the issue to support@strutt.inc first.
Note: Bent battery pins are caused by repeated excessive force used when inserting the battery into the vehicle. Damage caused by improper handling is not covered by after-sales service.
If there is no deformation found, re-insert the battery and confirm that it locks into place.
Switch on the vehicle again and check whether the "Battery connection lost" message still appears. If it persists, take a photo, submit an Issue Report (see Guide to Upload Logs via Vehicle for Troubleshooting) and report the issue to support@strutt.inc.
The message appears after 1 minute of interrupted battery communication, and shows once per power cycle. It indicates a poor physical connection at the battery–vehicle interface at that point in time.
