¶ Issue
During chassis assembly, the front and rear chassis may be difficult to align or connect, or they may not click together. Use the visual guide below to see how to check for incorrect installation.
Warning:
Stop the assembly process and do not force the chassis together. Excessive force may damage the chassis connectors. Damage caused by improper assembly is not covered by after-sales service.
¶ Solution

If you find that the chassis connector was damaged during an earlier incorrect installation, you may attempt to repair it.
- Using a suitable tool, such as a tapered drift, carefully restore the connector opening to its original shape.
- Make sure to remove any loose plastic fragments or debris that may have fallen into the connector holes.

If you prefer to replace the module, email photos of the rear chassis connector, together with your order number, to support@strutt.inc. Please note that this damage is considered to be caused by improper handling, so replacement fees are borne by the user.
