The joystick rattles after its button orientation was changed, with a visible gap around the base of the joystick.
¶ How to Check
Check whether the white rubber ring around the joystick base is seated fully in its groove.
¶ Solution
- Remove the joystick base.
- Re-seat the white rubber ring fully into its groove.
¶ Why This Happens
The ring acts as a gasket, filling the gap between the joystick base and the armrest. If the white rubber ring is not fully seated, the resulting gap may cause rattling and allow water to seep through. Please ensure that the ring is properly secured in place after changing the joystick button orientation.
