The Strutt App is paired, but the vehicle will not reach speed Level S. After pressing the + button on the armrest, the maximum speed level is still 4.
Confirm that the Level S safety waiver has been accepted in the Strutt App. Level S cannot be enabled until the waiver is accepted.
- Go to the Home page of the Strutt App.
- Tap the gear icon in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down and check whether the Level S waiver has been accepted. If it has not, turn on the toggle, continue scrolling, and accept the waiver.
- Confirm that Level S has been configured in the settings on the vehicle.
- Go to Settings > Quad Drive > Speed Levels.
- Turn on the Level S toggle.
- Press the + button on the vehicle armrest until the speed reaches the maximum level.
- If Level S is still unavailable, reboot the vehicle and try again.
