A red warning sign appears on the vehicle in the Live View.
Note:
This mainly affects earlier software versions and recent versions have optimised this behaviour. If your unit has not been updated, please update it using the Guide to Update Your Device.
- Update your device and check whether the red warning sign clears from Live View.
- If the red warning sign persists after the update, take a photo and submit an Issue Report from the vehicle (see Guide to Upload Logs via Vehicle for Troubleshooting).
