Inventory all main modules, parts, tools, and documents before assembly. Stop and contact Strutt Support if the packaging, battery, or any component shows visible damage.

After confirming that all components and tools are present, continue to the Unboxing Guide and How to Assemble. Contact Strutt Support before assembly if anything is missing.

Proceed to assembly only after unboxing and inventory are complete. Retain the outer carton and internal protection for transport, returns, or service.
Keep the device powered off and the battery disconnected during assembly. Align every connector correctly; stop and recheck orientation if you encounter unusual resistance.

Verify that the chassis, main support, seat, battery, cushion, and backrest are fully locked before making personal adjustments or preparing to ride.
Park, power off, and disconnect the charger first. Do not remove covers, sensors, or internal parts that are not included in the official tutorial.

Protect the battery terminals and all mechanical and electrical interfaces after disassembly. Refer to the official Travel Guide for transport, and contact authorized support instead of opening internal components for repair.
