¶ 1) What's in the Box
Before assembly, check that all main modules, parts, tools, and documents are included. If the packaging, battery, or any component is visibly damaged, stop and contact Strutt Support.
¶ Main Components
- Place the main modules on a flat, dry surface with sufficient working space.
- Check each module against the included packing list.
- Inspect the housings, cables, connectors, and mounting surfaces for damage.
- Never force parts together if they do not align correctly.
¶ Parts and Tools
- Sort the parts bags, fasteners, and tools by category.
- Check their types and quantities against the packing list.
- Keep the tools needed for assembly within easy reach.
- Retain all unused small parts until assembly and functional testing are complete.
¶ Component Features
- Identify the main modules, connection points, and adjustable components shown in the video.
- Locate the mounting areas for the battery, seat, backrest, armrests, and control module.
- Read the Quick Start Guide, disclaimer, and warranty documents.
After confirming that all components and tools are present, proceed to the Unboxing Guide and assembly instructions. If anything is missing, contact Strutt Support before beginning assembly.
¶ 2) Unboxing Guide
¶ Inspect and Position the Package
- Check the outer carton for crushing, punctures, moisture, or incorrect orientation.
- Place the package on a flat surface with enough space to remove the large modules.
- Follow the orientation markings on the carton.
¶ Open the Package and Remove the Top Protection
- Open the package at the locations shown in the video.
- Remove the upper protective material, documents, and accessory boxes in order.
- Avoid cutting too deeply, as this could damage the product or battery.
¶ Remove the Modules in Order
- Remove each module in the sequence shown.
- Use the intended lifting points; do not pull on cables, controls, or trim pieces.
- Handle heavy modules safely, using two people when necessary.
- Place each module where it cannot roll, tip over, or be scratched.
¶ Check and Retain the Packaging
- Check the bottom of the packaging for any remaining parts.
- Complete the inventory using What's in the Box.
- Keep the original packaging until assembly, startup, and functional checks are complete.
