¶ 1) How to Assemble
Important Notice
Keep the device powered off and the battery disconnected during assembly. Align every connector correctly; stop and recheck orientation if you encounter unusual resistance.
¶ Connect the Chassis
- Position the chassis modules in the orientation shown.
- Align the mechanical connection and electrical interface.
- Bring the modules together slowly without pinching cables or fingers.
- Complete the locking action and check for abnormal gaps.
Important Notice
If you face difficulties installing the front and rear chassis, do not force the chassis together. Excessive force may damage the chassis connectors (see Chassis Assembly Issues). Damage caused by improper assembly is not covered by after-sales service.
¶ Install the Main Support
- Identify the front and rear orientation of the main support.
- Align it with the chassis mounting position.
- Install and lock it, then verify that it is upright and stable.
¶ Install the Seat
- Confirm the seat orientation and mounting interface.
- Lift the seat using the correct gripping points.
- Align it with the main support and lower it into position.
- Lock the seat and verify that it cannot move unexpectedly.
¶ Install the Battery
- Inspect the battery, terminals, and battery bay for damage or debris.
- Align the battery with the bay in the orientation shown.
- Insert it smoothly until fully seated and locked.
- Verify that the battery cannot come loose.
¶ Install the Seat Cushion
- Confirm the front and rear orientation of the cushion.
- Align it with the seat base and place it evenly.
- Ensure it is flat and does not obstruct the seat belt or adjustment mechanisms.
¶ Install the Backrest
- Identify the backrest orientation and mounting interface.
- Align it with the seat mounting position.
- Install and lock it.
- Push it gently to confirm secure attachment.
- Complete the full-device inspection before powering on.
¶ Install the Under-Seat Storage
- Remove the cushion or open the under-seat area.
- Locate the seat-storage space shown.
- Keep items clear of the serial-number label, cables, locking mechanism, and seat belt.
- Reinstall the cushion and confirm that it lies flat.

Verify that the chassis, main support, seat, battery, cushion, and backrest are fully locked before making personal adjustments or preparing to ride.
¶ 2) Armrest Installation
Important Notice
Power off before installation or side conversion. Protect the control-module cable and connector, and keep the cable clear of the armrest folding and adjustment mechanisms.
¶ Installation for Right-Hand Use
- Power off and remove loose items that may obstruct installation.
- Identify the control module containing the touchscreen, joystick, and function buttons.
- Install it on the right armrest in the orientation shown.
- Align the connection without twisting or pinching the cable.
- Lock the module and verify free movement of the armrest, controls, and cable.
¶ Installation for Left-Hand Use
- Release the control module from the right armrest in the sequence shown.
- Support the module and protect the cable and connector.
- Transfer it to the left mounting position.
- Connect and lock it in the correct orientation.
- Verify operation of the joystick, buttons, and screen.
¶ Screen Angle Adjustment
- Sit in the normal driving position and assess screen visibility.
- Adjust the screen slowly in the direction shown.
- Do not twist the screen or pull its cable.
- Confirm that the screen is stable, unobstructed, and clear of the entry path.

The control module can be installed on either side. Test the screen, joystick, and buttons while stationary before conducting a low-speed functional test.
