After assembling the device for the first time, it does not start.
Possible causes:
- The battery is depleted.
- The power button was not operated correctly.
- The battery is not correctly installed or the connection is not secure.
- The internal connectors between the rear chassis and front chassis were damaged during assembly due to excessive force.
- Check that the device is being turned on correctly. To turn on the device, long-press the power button on the armrest.
- Confirm that the battery is charged to rule out a battery or charger issue. When the charger is plugged into the battery, a solid white light on the charger shows that the battery is fully charged.
- Check that the battery is fully inserted and correctly installed. You should hear a soft click when the battery is inserted.
- Check the rear chassis connector (see Chassis Assembly Issues) and the battery connector pins (see "Battery Connection Lost" Message) on the device for damage or foreign objects.
- If the battery is not charged, charge the device for at least 30 minutes, then try to start it again.
- Press and hold the power button for 1–2 seconds until the vehicle screen lights up.
- Remove and reinstall the battery, then try to start the device again.
- If the connectors are not damaged and the device still does not start, record any status shown on the onboard screen and contact Strutt Customer Service at support@strutt.inc.
If the connectors are damaged, a module replacement may be required. Because this damage is caused by improper handling, replacement fees are borne by the user. Take photos of the damage and email them, together with your order number, to support@strutt.inc.
